Bevin, Cape native, has spent over 20 years practicing Kundalini yoga and has been teaching 3-4 days a week for the past 11 yrs. One of the greatest benefits that Bevin has experienced in her practice of yoga and meditation is a deep inner peace, a stillness and the profound connection with Self and others.  This experience of connection is especially potent in this age of disconnect and isolation. From this experience, blossoms a knowing, which in turn leads to a shift in how you experience the world.
